Small, full service architectural firm looking for Designer. We specialize in design and construction management of residential single and multi-family homes and commercial design. Designer will draft detailed construction drawings as directed by Architect.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Drafts detailed drawings of structures including interior and exterior details.
Reviews rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other data received from the Architect and/or Project Manager.
Accompanies Architect and/or Project Manager in the field to collect data required for development or revision of construction drawings.
Minimum Qualifications
Certificate from college or technical school; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
The ideal candidate must have technical expertise in MicroStation or AutoCAD. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel required.
