At Loads of Clothes, we pride ourselves on offering premium, self-service machines and expert wash, dry, and fold services to our valued customers. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a dedicated Maintenance & Operations Tech to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Perform regular maintenance on laundry machines to ensure optimal functionality.
-Keep the store and equipment clean, organized, and operational.
-Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
-Provide friendly and efficient customer service, including processing orders and assisting customers with their needs.
-Operate and manage the POS (point of sale) system with accuracy and efficiency.
-Collaborate closely with our exceptional team to deliver outstanding service to our customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and a willingness to learn!
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Demonstrates timeliness, cleanliness, and professionalism.
Experience with POS systems is a plus.
Spanish speaking also a plus, but not required.
