NetSuite-Staff accountant – Full Time
Overview:
We are seeking an accounting professional with a high level of integrity, excellent communication and organizational skills to join our team as a full-time staff accountant. The staff accountant will be responsible for monitoring transactions, reconciling accounts and handling invoicing responsibilities. We are looking for a strong candidate to join our team in Brentwood, TN with a hybrid or fully remote option.
Responsibilities:
Invoicing process for multiple clients
Account Reconciliation of bank accounts and credit card statements
Accounts Payables process and entering invoices
Communicating with leadership team, sales personnel and sub-contractors
Assisting with Excel analysis reporting
Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience or similar work experience
Associate degree in accounting, business or similar academic experience
Proficiency with Microsoft suite of programs: Excel required
Strong working knowledge of NetSuite, 2 years or more experience preferred
Previous knowledge of vendor processing (1099 forms)
Knowledge of journal entries (reoccurring)
Proficiency with Adobe products and PDF forms
Skills/Abilities:
