Growing medical device / pharma manufacturer in Eastern TN has immediate need for a Quality Engineer. This is a newly created role that will focus heavily on validating new equipment and processes. Experience in GMP / FDA-approved environments is a plus, but not a must-have. The QE will collect and analyze product testing data on complaints, material non-conformance and waste. Will also assist in resolving GMP issues, investigations and CAPA's. Qualified candidates will have BS degree along with prior experience testing and validating new equipment. An energetic personality with the desire to learn will be the best fit. Excellent plant culture led by an approachable, employee-focused management team.
