Intermodal leader looking for a DOMESTIC INTERMODAL RAIL (53' rail container) FLEET MANAGER.
Responsibilities include: (but not limited to)
Develop strong customer and contractor relationships
Balance safety and service for optimal performance within company guidelines
Coordinate compliance and training of contractors
Reporting requirements as needed
Efficient communication in all forms and manners
Qualifications:
53' Intermodal Rail Experience REQUIRED
Go-getter attitude who is never safisfied
History of working with contractors/owner operators
Working knowledge of DOT regulations
Multi-tasker who can handle large volume of emails, phone calls, other messages
Strong computer skills including TMS efficiency for real time dispatch
