LAWN CARE TECHNICIAN
About the Position:
As a Lawn Care Technician at Master Lawn, your primary responsibility will be to apply lawn and tree & shrub products safely and effectively according to our residential and commercial programs under the guidance of the Senior Operations Manager. Your duties will include:
Storing, handling, distributing, and mixing lawn and tree & shrub products in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
Applying lawn and tree & shrub products safely and effectively within predetermined horticultural windows.
Meeting individual production goals to contribute to divisional objectives.
Operating necessary equipment for lawn and tree & shrub applications.
Familiarizing yourself with product label requirements and ensuring proper equipment calibration.
Identifying sales opportunities and communicating with customers or the sales department.
Providing professional and knowledgeable customer service during on-site interactions.
Developing expertise in grass, tree & shrub, weed, insect, and disease identification.
Obtaining a Tennessee Category 3 Pesticide Applicator License within 60 days of onboarding.

Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clear driving record.
