ISO Plumber, other trades desirable

Primarily looking for a plumber who can install a vanity, change toilets, install faucets and dishwasher and rough in/top out additions and small commercial work. I have a lot of work and will only pay by the hour. If you contact me and tell me that you charge $400 to change out a dishwasher, you will be wasting your time.
