HVAC - Pull Permits

We are a real estate investment company looking for a HVAC Contractor in order to acquire permits in the Memphis Tennessee area. The scope of work will include permit acquisition, installation of ducts, compressor with security cage, air handler, gas heater and all requirements for a full installation and permit closeout. We have work crews ready to assist with installation. MVS will supply materials and new units. These residences are gutted with exposed floor and ceiling joists as well as walls exposed to the studs to facilitate installation. This will be a two phase process. The duct work and all necessary connections will be completed first. Once the home is sold, the appliances will be installed at closing. We are seeking individuals to assist our team. We are currently working on two Single Family Residences (SFR) and are actively seeking a third. We wish to continue working on 3 SFR's simultaneously. Once we are comfortable with our team and processes, we will push to six SFR's per year. This is an opportunity to get into a steady supply of repeat work.
