Tally Real Estate Group is a multi-state REO brokerage operating in Georgia and Tennessee. We are seeking 2-3 licensed agents to join our growing REO operations in Fayetteville, GA, and Memphis, TN.
No REO Experience Required – Training Provided.
What We Offer:
Flat Fee Commission Plan: $500 on your personal transactions.
Hands-On REO Training: Gain experience while expanding your skillset.
Competitive Splits:
15% of the gross listing commission on REO deals you manage.
50/50 split on company-generated leads.
100% commission on non-company-generated sales (minus $500).
No Hidden Fees: We cover marketing, transaction management, and property-related expenses like utilities, signage, and preservation services.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Active real estate license.
Minimum of 2 years of experience and 5 closed transactions.
Strong communication, sales, and teamwork skills.
Local market expertise and an existing book of business.
Ability to work independently and responsibly.
Agent Responsibilities Include:
Working with pre-screened buyer and seller referrals (including FSBO and short sale leads).
Conducting property photos, BPOs, monthly status reports, and repair recommendations.
Completing occupancy checks, bi-weekly inspections, and attending sheriff lockouts.
Managing MLS listings, marketing strategies, and co-agent support.
Agent Covers:
MLS and association dues, eKey, and license maintenance fees.
Additional Notes:
This position is ideal for agents with an established book of business looking to supplement their income. Assignments are based on client needs and may vary. Office space is not provided, but Class A conference rooms are available at an hourly rate through our executive suite partners.
