We are seeking a dedicated and environmentally conscious Valet Trash & Recycling Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional waste management and recycling services to residential communities. You will use company-provided vehicles to collect trash and recyclables from designated locations, ensuring a clean and sustainable environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Collect trash and recyclables from designated areas within residential communities using company-provided vehicles.
Ensure all waste is properly sorted and disposed of in accordance with local recycling guidelines.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the company vehicle and equipment.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing resident concerns or questions in a professional manner.
Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Report any issues or maintenance needs related to equipment or vehicles to management.
Work efficiently to complete assigned routes on time.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Customer service experience is a plus.
Passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility.
