Nightly cleaning crew needed to clean outdoor sports family entertainment facility. Good opportunity for a family cleaning team of THREE OR MORE people with an existing business looking to grow.

- Service schedule is 7 days per week
- Start time is at night after 12:30 am
- Estimated 2-3 hours per night
- You must have THREE PEOPLE
- Ongoing contract
- Start date is January 21-22
Nightly Cleaning Duties:
Operate small floor scrubber (we will provide this)
Vacuum carpeted floors
Dry/Wet mop some areas
Empty trash receptacles
Clean, restock restrooms
Spot clean glass doors, entry area
Vacuum, clean stairwell and elevators
Some light furniture moving
You MUST know how to use an automatic floor scrubber. We will provide the floor scrubber. You will be required to provide other equipment such as mops, vacuums, squeegees, rags, etc.

- FLOOR SCRUBBER experience
- Great work ethic and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license or state ID
- Must have a working cellphone
- Seeking a LONG-TERM opportunity as this is an ONGOING contract
Compensation is as a 1099 Independent Contractor
