High Rates of Pay: Earn a flat rate based off 40-60% of each job , when broken down it comes out to $25-35 per hour based off the type of cleaning jobs.

Requirements
We are looking for professional cleaners who:
Are Legally Authorized to Work in the United States : You must have the legal right to work in the U.S.
Can Provide a Criminal Background Check: We require a clean criminal background check for all our team members.
Have Reliable Transportation: You should have your own transportation for commuting to job sites.
Own Cleaning Supplies: This includes essential tools like a vacuum, mop, step stool, and the cleaning products you prefer to use expect bleach , do to liability of damaging a customer home.
Have 1+ , preferably 2 + Years of Professional Cleaning Experience: We value your expertise in delivering top-notch cleaning services.
Are Consistent and Reliable: Taking pride in your work and consistently delivering high-quality results is essential to us.
Have Basic English Language Skills: Effective communication is key to providing the best service to our clients.
Can Provide at Least Two Professional References: These references should speak to your reliability, flexibility, communication skills, and cleaning abilities.
Have or be willing to get Business General Liability Insurance
Responsibilities:
Perform all comprehensive cleaning task based on our cleaning checklist tasks for different cleaning tasks. Including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces within residential homes.
Make beds, change liens, and tidy up bedrooms.
Care for various types of flooring using the appropriate cleaning methods and equipment.
A full checklist will be given to cleaners for each cleaning service type for a complete overall of task.
Maintain open and professional communication with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.

Flexible scheduling Monday-Sunday . Tell us your availability, what areas of Memphis and surrounding cities you want to work in and what type of cleanings you like to accept and we match you with those jobs.
Keep your current clients, this opportunity is to help fill in your schedule
We take care of all marketing ,estimates, customer service , scheduling , and billing for the clients. You take care of the cleaning.
