In search of a construction helper to assist with tasks in our construction company. There are 12 positions waiting to be filled in this job.
Responsibilities:
Execute physical labor duties at construction sites using a variety of hand and power tools.
Prepare work areas by cleaning, digging trenches, erecting scaffolding, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Assist in the loading, unloading, and distribution of building materials according to project specifications.
Provide support to skilled tradespeople like carpenters and plasterers, following their instructions meticulously.
Interpret plans and instructions to carry out assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in reading blueprints and a commitment to maintaining safety protocols.
Comprehensive training provided; no prior experience necessary.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and collaborate effectively within a team.
Demonstrated strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude toward work.
