We are looking to fill 12 positions for this role.

Qualifications

Capable of working in dusty conditions and on uneven surfaces.

Comfortable working in tight spaces and at heights, such as on scaffolding or in crawlspaces.

Willing to follow instructions and complete necessary tasks.

Must have basic carpentry tools, including a tool belt with hammer holster, utility knife, 30-foot measuring tape, cordless drill with bit holder, gloves, and hammer.

Basic knowledge of construction practices and job site organization.

Positive attitude, self-awareness, and respect for colleagues.

Basic familiarity with safety and health procedures, with ongoing training provided.

Optional: Reliable transportation.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of the job site, load and unload materials over 50 pounds, install property protection, and organize tools and materials.

Assist with site preparation activities, such as trench digging.

Work in an organized manner and take responsibility for tasks.

Effectively communicate ideas and information; demonstrate curiosity and resourcefulness.

Ensure safety for yourself and your team members.

Help maintain job site security, ensuring the safety of personnel, tools, and materials.

Occasionally drive a company vehicle as required, with a clean motor vehicle report.

Capable of lifting at least 50 pounds.
