Scope and Purpose
The primary responsibilities of the Housekeeper involve the upkeep of each apartment in order to enhance and maintain its appeal. The Housekeeper will also assist the rest of the staff, as directed, in their efforts to manage the property in an efficient manner.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
I. Clean the office, clubroom, and restrooms on a daily basis.
2. Clean and maintain models on a daily basis.
3. Clean all vacant apartments as directed by the Manager or Assistant Manager.
4. Keep all vacancies fresh and odorless.
5. Clean and maintain laundty facilities daily.
6. Perform additional duties requested by the Manager or Assistant Manager.
7. Inform management of supply needs on a bimonthly basis.
