Warehouse Application Support Analyst

Please note that this is a 6 months contract position. Please note candidates MUST have Manhattan WMS Experience. • Experience supporting Warehouse Management solutions for end users (Manhattan WMS experience is a MUST) • Deep understanding of Warehouse operations, Design, Systems and Processes • Prior experience serving in a warehouse support role preferred. • Strong technical aptitude and significant experience with relational databases • Ability to write SQL statements ranging from medium to high complexity • Supporting Testing of WMS changes on RF Guns and Label PrintersJob Description:• Understand site specific configuration of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and other ancillary applications across warehouse. • Technical point of contact for implementing configuration changes to WMS. • Identifying opportunities for improvement to system configuration to improve warehouse operations. • Coordinate system changes and enhancements with the Central support team. • Serving as POC for issues experienced in the DC including ensuring proper escalation path is followed.• Deep understanding of Warehouse operations, Design, Systems and Processes. • Prior experience serving in a warehouse support role preferred. • Strong technical aptitude and significant experience with relational databases. • Ability to write SQL statements ranging from medium to high complexity. • Supporting Testing of WMS changes on RF Guns and Label Printers.Applicants must provide their phone number.
