Tech Support Specialist (Must have mobile application experience)

The Denzel Group, an award-winning IT Recruiting firm, has been tasked by a long-term client to identify a Tech Support Specialist to join their team. They are looking for an expert who can run frontline support, provide advice and technical skills to the development team, field crews and site offices across the US. You will also be responsible for setting up a support model for their global operations in partnership with their equivalent in Australia.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience within a Tech Support role or equivalent
  • Understanding of IT Service Delivery models and platforms
  • Experience within field operations and/or mobile applications
  • Experience with MS Teams, SharePoint, JIRA, LastPass, ServiceNow, OneNote & ClickUp is a plus
  • Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
