Description We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for managing and maintaining complex IT systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.Responsibilities:

System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain servers, network devices, and other IT infrastructure components.

Network Administration: Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

User Management: Create, modify, and troubleshoot user accounts and permissions.

Backup and Recovery: Implement and maintain backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.

Security: Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect IT systems from threats.

Monitoring: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems and processes.

Project Work: Participate in IT projects, such as infrastructure upgrades and new system implementations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in systems administration.

Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).

Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash).

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, CCNA) preferred.
