- Possible people management responsibilities
- Define process for change & incident management for multiple applications developed by a number of teams
- Able to collaborate and define interaction patterns with development teams
- Deep experience with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics
- Deep experience with log aggregation tools such as Splunk
- Passionate about metrics
- Able to work with executive leadership to establish SLAs Zero down time deployments are the standard
- Familiar with employing deployment models such as blue/green and canary to collect metrics.
- Able to gradually rollout an application based on a variety of factors, such as geography
- Advocate of shifting left and enabling development teams to predictably deliver software without surprises.
- Experience administrating databases in a high availability model
- Experience proving application resiliency employing fitness tests such as chaos engineering
