- Provide day to day support, operational tasks and assisting peers with issues and escalation.
- Support ongoing departmental operations and environment
- Work collaboratively across a variety of business units to implement new technology, support existing, and at times do so after normal business hours.
- Documenting the meetings, processes, procedures and provide status to management on a weekly basis.
- Manage problems, maintain vendor relationships, and assist operation with vendor escalation and issue resolution.
- Facilitate meetings as needed.
- Must be able to generate and manage detailed project plans
- Must be able to manage technical resources working on multiple projects seamlessly

- Must be able to run project update meeting with both technical and non-technical attendees
- Must possess leadership qualities and skills that motivate project team members to drive the project to a successful conclusion:
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business/professional journals, technical procedures, or regulations
- Ability to write reports and/or business correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and other employees
- Must have basic working knowledge of compliance and audits
- Document application problems and enhancement opportunities
- Report request status InfoSec management
- Supply monthly status
- Create charts supporting monthly reporting
- Complete Job Aids
- Update Job Aids and User Guides
- Must be proficient in Microsoft tools including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office, MS Project, MS Project Server, and SharePoint Portal
- Ensure strict adherence with all departmental Standard Operating Procedures and processes including escalation of concerns to peers and management
