Employed by multi-billion dollar Global Manufacturing Industry Sr. Lead SME ServiceNow Admin/Manager/Designer must be located in Memphis to help build the team and work with entire enterprise key individuals (Business/Technical). SME SN will be the head of all divisions on a global scale.Responsibilities will be to work with business, technical, C-Level, SR. Managers, Directors and VP's gathering information, design and build the ServiceNow platforms for internal and external uses, highly visible role will involve a wide range of additional duties including creating and delivering platform demos, ITSM workshops, end-user, upgrades, updates, researching new functionality for use with the platform, license management, working with external partners on the platform development, developing processes across North America and overseas.Individual has to multi-task between upcoming platform growth and maintenance projects, current open items, and planning for future customer additions to the platform, creating new ideas solving issues through creative solutions. The SNA will also be responsible for integrating platform with external applications to drive operational automation and efficiency, develop team to lead in processes.

  • Overal

    l ownership of ServiceNow instance including incident, Knowledge, Problem, Processes, Change, Service Request, and CMDB modules
  • Lead the coordination, design, and execution of integrating standards into ServiceNow environment.
  • Follow ITIL best practices for system maintenance and platform upgrades or other skill for best practices.
  • Understanding and maintaining integrations into the platform and offering solutions for any new ones as defined.
  • Work with the process/service owners to define the configuration management process and the necessary policies.
  • Staying up to date with the latest releases, product enhancements, and plugins.
  • Presenting new product developments to key stakeholders

Required experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or another related field, specialized training; or equivalent professional experience
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven admin/development/design experience on the ServiceNow platform as the lead
  • Basic or (Preferred knowledge in ServiceNow core architecture)- (How its structured or easily pick up technology WF uses and primary application modules such as Request, Incident, Problem, Knowledge, Change, Service Catalog, Self Service Portal, CMDB
