Key responsibilities include the creation, publication, and ongoing management of comprehensive schedules to support exceptional customer service, optimize financial efficiency, and enhance the work-life balance of team members.Requirements Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily work orders, aligning client needs with specialist qualifications to ensure accurate assignments.
Oversee and ensure timely completion of assessments, maintaining an even distribution of tasks within designated timelines, and facilitating additional support as needed.
Collaborate with management and field specialists to integrate key variables into scheduling processes, enhancing both initial planning and necessary adjustments.
Advise management on routing strategies and certification enhancements to maximize specialist engagement and productivity.
Maintain robust communication with multiple departments to ensure seamless execution of schedules.
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines consistently.
Excellent organizational skills, with a focus on defining roles and adapting strategies to foster project success and adaptability.
Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to professional development.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access) and Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive).
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts.
