Randstad is looking for a skilled Real Estate Legal Assistant to support three attorneys specializing in corporate and residential real estate. If you have previous legal assistant experience, a solid understanding of real estate processes, and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities

Draft, review, and edit legal documents related to real estate transactions, including contracts, deeds, leases, and other relevant agreements.

Assist in the preparation of closing documents and coordinate closings for both corporate and residential real estate transactions.

Conduct legal research on real estate laws, regulations, and precedents to support attorneys in case preparation and strategy.

Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations affecting both corporate and residential transactions.

Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documents are properly filed and maintained.

Coordinate with attorneys to prioritize and schedule tasks, deadlines, and court appearances.

Communicate with clients, real estate agents, and other relevant parties to gather information and provide updates on case status.

Schedule meetings, appointments, and court dates for attorneys.

Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.

Perform general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the legal team.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a legal assistant, preferably in real estate law.

Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in legal studies is preferred.

Knowledge of real estate legal processes, documentation, and terminology.

Proficiency in legal research and case management software/tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
