QUALIFICATIONSEducation, Licenses, Certifications:
Demonstrated role competence is required.
College, university, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in applicable field is preferred.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Intermediate level of relevant work experience, including team leadership experience, required.
Additional Responsibilities:
Manage $255M physical inventory accuracy across all operations areas at Memphis Distribution Center and off-site locations.
Oversee inventory control program including cycle counting, cycle bin research, and inventory shrink analysis.
Manage and improve part profiling, warehouse space utilization, slotting, and replenishment process.
Engage with stakeholders including Finance, Quality, and Cummins internal control team to meet compliance requirements such as ISO audit, internal & external audits.
