We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with expertise in Data Center and Inventory Control to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing data center operations, inventory management, and project execution.Key Responsibilities:Data Center Management: Oversee the operations of data centers, ensuring efficient performance, security, and compliance with industry standards.Inventory Control: Manage and optimize inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of assets.Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute project plans, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with data center operations and inventory control.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services.Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on data center performance and inventory status, providing insights for decision-making.Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement security measures to protect data and assets.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, data center operations, and inventory control.Solid experience with MS Excel.Experience with vendors like Dell, HP, Super Micro.Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure and inventory management systems.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Skills:PMP certification or equivalent.Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.Experience with ITIL framework.
