Description We are seeking an HR Director to join our client's team in MEMPHIS, Tennessee. The HR Director will primarily focus on tasks related to Benefits & Insurance renewals, open enrollment, and compliance. This role involves working with consultants and auditors, managing a 401k plan, and overseeing COBRA administration. The HR Director will also be expected to work with ADP - HRIS & Benefits, and may have the opportunity to supervise HR managers in the future.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage Benefits & Insurance renewals and open enrollment processes Collaborate with consultants to ensure smooth operation of HR functions Ensure overall compliance with HR regulations and standards Administer COBRA procedures and manage related tasks Handle 401k plan, working with auditors on an annual basis Work with ADP - HRIS & Benefits to manage HR information and resources Supervise HR managers and guide them in their roles Maintain a hands-on approach to managing HR tasks and responsibilities Foster effective employee relations and communication within the organization Use HRIS systems for HRMS, HCM, and ATS functions effectively and efficiently.Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or related field. Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now. Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode. Expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) and Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS). Skilled in administering Benefit Functions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to ensure Compliance with HR policies and procedures. Experience working with C-Suite executives. Strong background in Employee Relations. Knowledge in 401k - RRSP Administration. Proficiency in ADP - Payroll and Cobra Administration. Familiarity with HRIS - Human Resources Information Systems. Ability to perform HRIS reporting. Experience with HRIS Payroll System and HRIS System. Proficient in managing HRIS Database.
