Description Robert Half is seeking a self-sufficient, motivated HighJump Developer to work with our client on integrations and implementations! This person will need to be able to work with team members in different time zones and coordinate efficiently to maximize requirements gathering during meetings with team members.Responsibilities include:
Supporting, enhancements, consulting with users or managers on technical issues, and assisting with the administration of assigned applications or modules.
May perform special projects and conduct individualized systems studies as needed.
Design, develop, and implement new features and enhancements within the HighJump platform.
Perform system integration tasks with other enterprise systems as necessary.
Troubleshoot and debug issues within HighJump applications, providing timely resolutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, test plans, and deployment procedures.
Participate in software testing and quality assurance activities to ensure reliability and performance of HighJump solutions.
Staying current with the latest HighJump technologies and best practices to continuously improve development processes.
Requirements
Knowledge and experience with Distribution Center operations and Warehouse Management Systems (HighJump software application suite required)
Microsoft SQL Server skills and query writing
Understanding of Report Writing Tools (Crystal Reports preferred)
Experience using barcode label software required (Bartender software preferred)
Experience working in the Automotive Aftermarket Industry at an OEM or Tier-1 supplier is highly desirable
Knowledge of application source code revision control and management tools
Experienced in application service, support, and change control procedures
Advanced analytical problem-solving skills coupled with a desire to get to the root cause of issues
Self-motivated and communicates well with users, team, and leadership
