Description Reporting to the CFO, and partnering locally with the Executive Leadership Team, this position will play a critical role in overseeing all FP& A activities. The ideal candidate will lead the financial planning, budgeting / forecasting, and cash flow management activities to ensure the profitable growth and long-term financial success of the business. This pivotal role requires strong leadership, analytical prowess, and a keen eye for optimizing financial performance. A critical part of this role will be leading the development and standardization of key FP& A activities and driving a continuous process improvement culture.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide financial leadership to the business through management of the annual budget and monthly forecast process, in addition to driving monthly business reviews with the leadership team. Build trusted partner relationships with business / functional leaders and provide value-added analysis with actionable recommendations beyond basic financial reporting needs. Collaborate with department heads to optimize revenue, control costs, and identify growth opportunities for growth. Oversee the cash management function, including banking / insurance relationships, and cash flow forecasting. Capability to multi-task and manage multiple projects to completion under tight deadlines. Drive initiatives from business case development to implementation and measurement. Create an environment of transparency and decision-making based on data. Communicate financial impact and provide visibility for key initiatives to the leadership team. Elevate roadblocks, conflicts, and decision requirements to the leadership team when necessary. Provide ad-hoc support to the leadership team to improve performance.QUALIFICATIONS: Requires a bachelor’s degree in operations, finance, management, or related field. 8+ years of related experience. Highly motivated team player that contributes to an atmosphere in which people work together to produce outstanding results. efficient, resourceful, and hands-on individual with strong bias for action. A combination of analytical rigor, conceptual ability, creativity and judgment. Collaborative mindset with experience bringing teams together to achieve a common goal. Operates with an enterprise lens and entrepreneurial mindset. Excellent communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate with associates at all levels, including senior executives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a high pace environment.
