Vaco Technology is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst with manufacturing/production floor experience for a

permanent employment opportunity with a company based in Memphis, TN. The ideal candidate needs to have an IT desktop support background working in a supply chain organization (warehouse, logistics, distribution center, etc) and will be responsible for the support of their internal clients' hardware, software, VoIP phone, and time clock systems. This is an hourly position paying between $20 and 25/hr., depending on experience where medical benefits start immediately

Requirements include:

Min. 3 years of IT desktop support experience
Must have experience working in a manufacturing/production floor environment (warehouse, logistics, distribution center, etc)
Must have experience supporting RF scanners, zebra printers, and pick systems as well as some networking and systems administration experience
Must have familiarity with Active Directory, ITIL Service Management, and ticketing systems
Excellent customer service skills
IT certifications preferred
