Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Memphis, Tennessee. This role is primarily focused on customer interaction, providing information in response to inquiries about products and services, and handling and resolving complaints. As a representative, you will be responsible for determining client issues, offering possible solutions, and providing follow-up as needed. This role is a combination of inbound and outbound customer service.Responsibilities: Work with program managers to ensure completion of all administrative and operational tasks associated with all accounts Dispatch client requests and follow up with field posting and data entry Prepare invoices, reports, letters, financial statements, and other documents File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence Prepare responses to correspondence, including faxes and emails Utilize computer applications such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint on a regular basis Accurately document and record customer/client information while maintaining confidentiality Use interpersonal skills, written communication, and attention to detail to provide excellent customer service Independently manage time and tasks to ensure efficient operation. Requirements Proven experience in a Customer Service role Proficiency in Data Entry tasks Ability to handle Documentation efficiently Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint Familiarity with 'About Time' software Experience in handling Correspondence Knowledge in preparing Financial Statements Excellent Interpersonal Skills Ability to Distribute Faxes in a timely manner Strong Written Communication skills Experience in resolving Customer Complaints Ability to operate various Computer Programs Experience in preparing Invoices Ability to perform Operational Tasks effectively Proficiency in preparing Responses to customer queries or complaints.
