THE POSITION:
The Channel Certified Trainer along with Leadership and other company stakeholders supports the Training Lead to implement the company-wide training curriculum. They are responsible for the assessment and implementation of all training efforts spanning from On-the-Job Training (OJT) and Quality to Compliance and Regulatory required aspects including facilitation of engaging live, virtual, and other trainings to support the business goals of the company and ensure exceptional execution of training curriculum to employees.Drive cultural values and philosophy through all training and development activities:Facilitates training for employees both temporary, newly hired, new to a department, or in need of recertification, and for employees requiring help to improve their performance. Will participate in or lead a variety of training exercises.Will communicate with employees, teach and explain EVERSANA’s values, training procedures, product handling techniques, and safety guidelines.Interacts with the Leads, Supervisors, Human Resources, Operations Manager, Training Lead, and Training Specialist to evaluate and critique the training programs in an effort to provide the best training and work experience possible.Advises the employees direct Supervisor concerning individual progress to determine succession planning and employee readiness. Makes employees assessments and recommendations on strategies to improve performance, readiness for advancement to additional tasks, and/or readiness and fitness for hire.Conducts formal classroom training, small group, one on one training sessions on the floor as needed.Will need to complete the Train the Trainer Certification Program upon hire.Responsible for site training for all shifts and across all functionalities.Continually add value to training material through comprehensive evaluation and documentation of trainings.Engaging team members to build and maintain safety as part of the culture.Ability to prioritize job tasks and duties.Oversee practical training, testing, and auditing processes and submitting all forms to TC/TM.Attend general meetings with other employees, staff, managers, supervisors, and coordinators.Ensures that all EVERSANA safety and security policies and procedures are followed.Trainers will maintain productivity standard when not in Trainer mode.When not training:Will perform job specific duties and maintain productivity/attendance standards.Can operate an RF scan deviceComply with all company provided Standard Operating Procedures.Closely monitor stock control systems.Make sure all orders are managed accurately through digital scanner and our inventory system.Your work meets all manufacturing requirements, including Adhere to Current Good Distribution Practices (cGDP), and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).Focus on safety at all times and comply with all safety requirements.You meet all shift requirements as assigned (timely, uniform, etc.).Other duties as assigned.A typical workday would look like this:Be assigned an individual(s) training needs.Complete weekly employee evaluations to determine the employee’s training needs i.e. initial, corrective, updated, or new skills training.Based on the evaluation, the determination will be made by Training Lead whether it is classroom or field training, what shift it will be conducted in (1st, 2nd or, 3rd), and what location (M1, M2, M6, or MCD).Follow the established type of training needed.Conduct pre-assessments following up in a 30, 60, 90 day post assessment cadence.Hours worked would be for any time and for any shift, based on need of training.When not training, you will continue working on the DC floor while meeting productivity standards.
