Application Engineer

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Application Engineer in Memphis, Tennessee. This role is integral to our IT operations, with a focus on managing and maintaining various systems such as McAfee, iVanti EPM, and Office 365. The role also entails working collaboratively with team members to streamline system processes and creating reports and dashboards for real-time and actionable data.Responsibilities: Administer McAfee systems including Solid Core, ePO, ENS, and DLP Manage iVanti EPM and contribute to the administration of Office 365 systems Assist in managing Cisco AMP, Cisco Umbrella, SMB shares, and Active Directory / Group Policy Contribute to the administration of DocuSign, Papercut, Print servers, OBDC Connections, and Windows OS configuration Collaborate with team members to operationalize system processes Maintain accurate documentation of processes for operational purposes Create and manage reports, dashboards, and displays with a focus on real-time and actionable data Continuously self-educate and maintain certifications on the platforms being used Act as an expert business user and liaison with the rest of the organization.
