Description The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of the company's outgoing payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.This role involves processing invoices, verifying approvals, reconciling vendor statements, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and have a solid understanding of accounting principles, contributing to the efficient management of the company's financial obligations.Requirements Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of experience in accounts payable, a strong understanding of accounting principles, and proficiency in accounting software's. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with vendors and internal departments. A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience may be considered.
