We are seeking a dedicated individual to serve as a part-time Educational Coordinator & Life Skills Tutor for two teenage girls in the 11th grade. The students, originally from Dubai, were previously enrolled in a boarding school in California but now require additional support as they transition to online homeschooling in Memphis, where their father is from.
Their father frequently travels for work. As a result, we are in need of someone to guide our daughters through the completion of their online schooling. In addition to ensuring their academic progress, the ideal candidate will also help coordinate and provide life skills coaching to assist the girls in navigating this transitional period. The role requires a patient, understanding, and adaptable individual who can cater to the unique needs of expatriate teenagers adjusting to a new environment while facing academic and personal challenges.
In summary, you will act as a teen chaperone (nanny for teens)/education coordinator for our two kids.
This is a part-time position, requiring 4 to 6 hours per day. The ideal candidate will be committed to making a positive difference in the lives of these teenage girls as they navigate this critical phase of their lives, taking into account their unique learning needs and social challenges.
Please note this is a temporary position - expected to last for approximately 6 months, to prepare the kids to either return to their boarding school or to start the college process.
We are offering $30 to $40 per hour, 4 to 6 hours per day, depending on your qualification and experience level.
