Job Responsibilities:
Office Management:
Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, customer communication, and administrative tasks.
Manage phone calls, emails, and text messages from customers and team members.
Process invoices, payments, and maintain financial records.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for inventory and equipment orders.
Operations Management:
Schedule and dispatch pool technicians efficiently.
Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of services.
Assist in hiring, training, and managing field staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and service standards.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service follow-ups.
Qualifications:
Experience in office management, operations, or dispatching, preferably in the pool, landscaping, or home services industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Proficiency in scheduling software, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to problem-solve and manage a team effectively.
