These markets include aerospace and defense, factory automation, air and water quality environmental monitoring, electronics design and development, oceanographic research, deepwater oil and gas exploration and production, medical imaging and pharmaceutical research.​We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins.Job DescriptionJob Summary:Collects, maintains, and distributes all documents necessary to maintain proper occupancy data and control manufacturing processes that meet customer requirements. Maintains a comprehensive filing system and computer database for all documents to be retained at the document control center. Administer over operation of the document control center, ensuring all users receive the latest revision of appropriate documentation in a timely manner. Tasks and assignments tend to be general but may involve complex and/or non-routine assignments needed to support Facilities Management. Duties are performed under limited supervision. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Examines documents such as blueprints, drawings, change orders, and specifications to verify completeness and accuracy of data.

Confers with customers to resolve discrepancies and compiles required changes to documents.

Posts changes to computerized or manual control records, releases documents, and notifies affected departments.

Maintains a computer database of all filed documentation to ensure fast retrieval of documents.

Performs clerical typing duties to generate reports and files as assigned.

Prepares requests for reproduction of documents.

Prepares memorandums, as necessary.

Assists with entering badge requests for vendors.

Monthly occupancy reports, ensuring proper charge lines are used.

Required to have valid driver’s license and ability to operate a tow motor.

Experience with maintenance management systems, familiarity with pulling data from these systems.

Engaging with various vendors, ensuring tasks are completed within scope of contracts.

Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clerical and/or administrative support role; Certificate in a specialized function or associate degree inrelated field may be required depending on job function, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
