Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Call Center Representative in Lewisburg, Tennessee. This position is within the customer service industry and the work will be conducted at a physical workplace. The role involves handling a high volume of incoming calls, generating sales leads, and maintaining strong relationships with customer accounts.Responsibilities: Efficiently handle large volumes of inbound calls and ensure effective communication with customers Generate sales leads to meet team targets Identify customer needs to ensure their satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships Utilize appropriate methods and tools to provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers Handle customer complaints, offer suitable solutions and alternatives within given time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and manage file documents Adhere to established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Go the extra mile to engage customers and build trust through open and interactive communication Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office functions to manage and monitor customer accounts Follow procedures and policies to maintain order and efficiency in the call center. Requirements Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Demonstrable ability in sales and negotiation Familiarity with office functions and administrative procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Experience in conducting training sessions Knowledge of company policies and procedures Experience in answering inbound calls promptly and professionally Ability to handle invoices and maintain accurate records Database management skills Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls Familiarity with time management tools and techniques Experience in claim administration Excellent communication skills for clear and concise correspondence Knowledge of effective customer service methods Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites Experience with SAP R/3 is a plus Ability to understand and interpret specifications Experience in managing customer referrals Ability to manage and update customer accounts effectively General proficiency in call center operations and best practices.
