We are seeking an enthusiastic and patient Swimming Instructor to join our team in Lebanon, United States. As a Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimming skills to individuals of all ages and abilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning environment.Conduct swimming lessons for individuals and groups of various ages and skill levelsDevelop and implement lesson plans tailored to each student's abilities and goalsDemonstrate proper swimming techniques and provide clear instructions to studentsEnsure the safety of all participants by enforcing pool rules and regulationsMonitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parentsMaintain a clean and organized pool areaAssist in the supervision of the pool area during open swim timesParticipate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay current on best practicesPerform basic pool maintenance and water quality checks as needed
