Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities include forensic spend analysis, category/cost analysis andbenchmarking, and providing analytical support for the broader margin management working team(modeling/monitoring results). Key objective is to aid the decision-making process through financialanalysis, visualization, and ultimately recommendations.Responsibility Provide standard monthly reporting packages to Senior Management for monthly reporting, aswell as ad-hoc reports/analyses and recommendations upon request. Serves as internal consultant for departmental spend analysis, working with cross functional teamleaders to identify opportunities for savings, as well as be a thought partner in how thoseopportunities should be prioritized and reported.QualificationsEducation and Experience Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance or related field and 3-5 years in finance/dataanalytics; or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA Preferred.Knowledge and Skills Ideal Candidate will be/have: Proactive, resourceful, and a self starter Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills. Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills. Strong mathematical skills. Excellent reasoning skills. Strong analytical and decision making skills. Knowledge of annual planning processes. Basic knowledge of market economics, consumer behaviors, and industry/societal trends,marketing theories, concepts, strategies, and practices. Basic knowledge of statistical formulas, methodologies, and applications.
