Quality Assurance Technician The Quality Assurance Technician will assist in Returns, Final Quality Control i.e. Test Drive, Repairs as needed including Smart Drive. Record and claim rejected components in procurement services system. Respond to supplier questions and requests for information regarding rejected components. Uses acquired technical skill and product knowledge to determine the products compliance to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Troubleshoots any mechanical and electronic non-conforming aspects of the product and preform repairs as needed. Key Tasks
Return rejected components to suppliers for root cause analysis.
Communicate current status and progress of QA to key personnel on a regular basis.
Perform internal root cause investigations of failed components.
Record, report, and return warranty (field) failure components to suppliers, as required.
Perform credit review of returned parts Assist Final inspection test driving to verify that the functional mechanical and electronic capabilities of each chair meet the requirements of the sale order and quality standards.
Maintains an organized and safe environment in the final QC area and Returns area.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Your Background
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to communicate effectively in technical and layman terms using both verbal and written skills.
Ability to develop relationships and enforce requirements of Suppliers and 3rd party contractors.
Good analytical skills. Detail oriented. Good problem solver. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask
