In this case, all internal applicants will be notified of the decision.Develops and maintains a warranty administration system which ensures maximum return from warranty claims. Negotiates working agreements with selected vendors. Accumulates data and maintains copies of records and vendor policy statements necessary to substantiate warranty claims. Negotiates claims and settlements for labor and material costs when rework and replacements are not specifically covered by established warranty agreements. Coordinates all warranty actions with other departments.Responsibilities Works on problems of limited scope and contributes on projects or processes while receiving detailed instructions from higher level professionals

Contributes to the planning, design development, testing, and completion of projects
