Directs the department's activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.Reports to: Director of Plant OperationsFLSA:Non ExemptGrade:EEO: X 01 Officials and Managers □ 02 Professionals □ 03 Technicians □ 04 Sales Workers □ 05 Administrative Support Workers □ 06 Craft Workers □ 07 Operatives □ 08 Laborers and Helpers □ 09 Service WorkersEssential Functions ?implements departmental goals, plans, and standards, with direction from Director, consistent with the clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization.Aids in the direction of departmental operations, including patient care delivery, information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality control objectives.Monitors staffing activities, including orienting, evaluating, and continuing education initiatives.Prepares, monitors, and evaluates departmental budgets, and ensures that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding.Coordinates and directs internal/external audits.Helps the director to create and foster an environment that encourages professional growth.Ensures department stays focused on their important role in the continuum of care.Job Requirements ?Required Skills
