Retail/DSD Route delivery, baked goods. Early morning start, Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat. 1099/Independent contractor opportunity, details as follows:
-Driver must provide vehicle for route, and is responsible for all vehicle related expenses (Gas, insurance, maintenance)
-Vehicle must be enclosed box truck or trailer with minimum inside dimensions of 10x6, stand up height. Full size step van or cargo van may also be considered. Ramp or liftgate preferred.
-No route purchase or investment required, all product and materials needed for route are provided to independent contractor at no cost
-Contractor must maintain required levels of auto and general liability insurance as detailed in contract
-Contract is open ended and long term. There is no term limit or expiration date
-Start each day with product pickup at warehouse in Alcoa, Appx. 1-2 hours, then make delivery to established local retail customers, 3-4 per day. Minimal driving miles roughly 40 per day. No selling required.
-Daily route paperwork must be submitted to our office at the end of each route day. Week ending route settlement is submitted at the end of each week
-Appx 5-6 hrs per day, 25-30 hrs per week
-Commission based, 35% of weekly net sales, paid weekly. Weekly commission estimated to be $750-800 per week with potential to exceed. Direct Deposit available.
-Available to start ASAP, training provided. Route experience a plus but not required
