What You’ll Do
- Perform routine maintenance on residential HVAC systems (gas, electric, and heat pump)
- Clean condenser and evaporator coils, clear drains, check refrigerant levels, test airflow
- Inspect thermostats, safety switches, motors, capacitors, and other system components
- Document work performed using ServiceTitan
- Perform light warranty repairs and minor corrective adjustments
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked service van
- Follow LB Chase’s safety and quality control protocols
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners about system health and next steps
- Identify and document potential future service needs without pushy sales tactics
What You Bring to the Table
- 2+ Years HVAC Maintenance Experience – Residential preferred
- Valid Driver’s License – With a clean driving record
- Comfort in Crawlspaces, Attics, and Tennessee Weather – You’re not afraid of tight or hot spots
- Strong Time Management – You stay on track without micromanagement
- Detail-Oriented and Organized – No sloppy work, no skipped steps
- Experience with ServiceTitan – Big plus
