CAMPBELL'S PAINTING and MORE is seeking a PAINTER & LABORER with a positive mindset and strong desire to grow and join our team as full-time employee.
We’re a TN licensed General Contractor located in Maryville, TN since 1991. We provide a wide range of construction-related services via major remodels, handyman, additions, new builds and more.

PAINTER ($17-$25/hr) – YOU MUST meet the following (8) requirements:
1. Valid driver’s license, a good driving record, tools and dependable truck/van.
2. Understand how to properly protect adjacent surfaces and clean-up the work area daily.
3. Can professionally prepare any surface and make ready to receive new coating.
4. Able to spray, roll, brush and cut-in without tape and provide professional results.
5. Experienced in all paints, stains, sealers, polyurethane, epoxy coatings and concrete coatings.
6. Light drywall repair & finish
7. Confident to work in high places
8. Desire to teach others and willing to learn other construction trades/skills
LABORER ($16-$20/hr) – YOU MUST meet the following (5) requirements:
1. Valid driver’s license, good driving record; dependable truck; able to pull/back-up trailer with material/equipment and construction debris.
2. Able to lift 50lbs. and have a basic understanding of construction materials, tools/equipment;
3. Able to maintain shop – organize and keep inventory on materials, tools and supplies.
4. Able to clean/provide maintenance on gas powered equipment/electric/battery operated hand tools and make ready for use on next project.
5. Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn other construction trades/skills.
