We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various systems and equipment. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients. As an Installation Technician, you will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure that installations are completed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
Perform installations of equipment and systems according to AARST/NRPP specifications and safety standards.
Conduct routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Utilize tools such as power hand tools and drills to build systems.
Must be comfortable to work in crawlspaces, basements, and on roofs. Must be comfortable working on ladders and following safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns during the installation process.
Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
Previous experience in Radon Mitigation System installation or a related construction field is preferred (Plumbing, Construction, Concrete Work).
Familiarity with plumbing and electrical components is highly desirable.
Proficiency in using relevant tools is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime as needed.
