This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Technician at Allstar Fire Protection. As a Service Technician , you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks, troubleshooting fire protection systems, providing field service support, and delivering excellent customer service. This role is primarily located in Knoxville TN but offers flexibility for some remote work.
-Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting Skills
-Field Service and Customer Service
-Strong Knowledge of fire protection system maintenance
-Ability to work independently and remotely
-Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
-Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
-Certifications such as NICET or NFPA
-Need to be able to start immediately
-Accept a Drug Test and Background Check
