Position Overview:

As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in forging new partnerships across the U.S. through strategic outreach and engagement. This role combines a strong foundation of inside sales skills with cutting-edge digital marketing solutions tailored to the dental sector. We are looking for someone young and hungry!

Responsibilities:

-Proactively generate new client leads by making high-volume daily outbound cold calls, primarily utilizing five9 dialer.

-Schedule and confirm presentations with dental professionals, ensuring high attendance through effective use of emails, calls, and SMS follow up and confirmation

-Collaborate closely with a dedicated closer to prepare and set up detailed presentation schedules.

-Attend professional trade shows within the medical industry across the U.S. to perform live demos and in-person consultations.

-Utilize a five9 dialer system for daily communications with potential clients nationwide.

-Navigate through administrative gatekeepers to reach decision-makers and set impactful presentations.

-Manage and follow up on leads and appointments using HubSpot CRM through multiple channels including emails, texts, and calls.

Compensation and Benefits:

-Competitive salary with commission (First Year Pay: $71,000 - $150,000 in the first year)

-Weekly commissions on all scheduled presentations that are attended

-Additional commissions derived from sales closed from your scheduled presentations

-Continuous professional development with weekly training sessions
