If you like meeting people from all over the USA and world, The Island is the place to be. Our store is owned and operated by retired police officers and we have a really great crew. Everyone gets along, the manager is easy to work with and posts the work schedules a month at a time, so if you need time off, he makes it easy. If you have every been in our store, you know right away that it is military and law enforcement oriented. We have a sales bonus program where you can earn an extra $100 every month. We give a very generous employee discounts on our many products. The job does not require any heavy lifting, just helping customers find the jerky and other products they like and light re-stocking.
