Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented receptionist to join our team in Maryville, TN. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent support to both customers and staff.
Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally and courteously.
Dispatch and schedule service calls efficiently, ensuring proper coordination with field staff.
Perform various office tasks, including filing, data entry, and other administrative duties as needed.
Maintain an organized and productive workspace.
Requirements:
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with common office software.
Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Compensation Offer:
Pay starts at $16-$18 / hr based on experience. Review and advancement after 30 days based on performance, with lots of room for growth. Medical, dental, vision benefits option after 30 days.
Schedule is Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm.
